3 Stocks to Wealth

January 11, 2021

Near-term Market Forecast: The market environment is neither favorable or unfavorable for appreciation of these stocks in the weeks ahead.

After a brief surge higher last week, the market indices pulled back today.  The small cap Russell 2000 continues to lead but the Nasdaq and S&P 500 are not far behind.  Both the small cap and large cap indices reached new highs last week.  After the final election results and ahead of a new congress and administration, it would make sense for the market to pull back until new legislation and regulations are fully known.  We are not seeing the classic signs of an impending market correction but we did see a small bearish candlestick pattern today on the Nasdaq.  The banking index jumped out of a flag pattern as the ten-year yield surged well over 1% on the election results.  The NYSE advance/decline line continues to make new highs.  The yield curve has steepened so now the difference between short and long rates is now over 1.   The VIX volatility index closed above a prior days high today after testing a horizontal support level last week.  We could continue to see bouts of higher volatility but the strategy is calling for holding positions in the 3 stocks below until the next update:

This Weeks Stocks:

This week we have no new stocks.  So, to follow the system, you would do nothing (PRSC changed their ticker symbol to MODV).  If you are just starting, you would buy equal dollar amounts of all 3 stocks when the market re-opens in your risk-capital account dedicated to this system.  Be sure to view the complete introductory video before getting started.

Stock #1 – TTGT

Optional Protective Stop-loss Point: $47.94 (Be aware that a tighter stop-loss will likely severely reduce performance over the long-term based on back-testing for this strategy. See upgrade and performance video for further information and insight on optional stop-loss orders.)

Stock #2 – MODV

Optional Protective Stop-loss Point: $112.84

Stock #3 – COHU

Optional Protective Stop-loss Point: $31.34

A real nice start to a new year with all 3 stocks up about 6% or so from the entry point taught in the getting started video.

PRSC changed their company name and ticker symbol to MODV.  There was a delay updating the performance tracker page last week but it should be up later this week.
